Hi All, In this video I will show you how to prepare Vangibath /brinjal rice recipe

Ingredients reguired for preparing Vangi bath/Brinjal Bath
Ingredient Quantity Units
Cooked Rice 2 Bowl
Long chopped onion 2 No
Long chopped, long green brinjal 2 No
Tamarind paste 1 Table spoon
Vangi bath powder 2 Tea Spoon
Red Chilli 2 Nos
Curry Leaves 8-10 No’s
Coriander leaves 8-10 No’s
Mustard seeds 1 Tea Spoon
Cumin seeds 1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder 1 Tea Spoon
Salt ½ Tea Spoon
Oil 2 Table Spoon

Method to prepare Vangi bath/Brinjal Bath
1. Keep the pan for heating and add 2 table spoon oil.
2. Once oil is heated add 1 tea spoon mustard seeds, 1 tea spoon cumin seeds, red chilli and fry it.
3. Now add 1 bowl onion and curry leaves and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Now add chopped green brinjal and fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. Once brinjal is fried add 1 tea spoon turmeric powder, 2 tea spoon vangi bath powder, salt to taste and tamarind paste. Mix it and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Now add rice and mix it well.
7. At the end add coriander leaves and mix.
Vangi bath/Brinjal Bath is ready to eat!!
