RECIPES |
Thai Vegetable Gyoza // Ginger Nectar Drizzle // Stir Fry
1/3 Red Onion (chop in half)
2-3 Carrots (sliced lengthwise)
2/3 Green bell pepper
2/3 Red Bell Pepper
2/3 Cup Fresh Broccoli (chopped)
2/3 Bag of Green beans
2 Cloves of Garlic (chopped or grated)
2-3 TBSP Avocado Oil (NOTE: 1 TBSP for stir fry, 1 TBSP for gyoza and 1/2 TSP for drizzle)
Instructions |
Add 1 TBSP of avocado oil to medium heat, add green beans and let cook for 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat, add carrots and broccoli. Cook for 15 minutes. Add bell peppers and onions. Cook for 10-12 more minutes, then add fresh garlic. Simmer 1-2 minutes, cover and remove from heat.
Gyoza |
Add 1 TBSP avocado oil to pan on medium heat. Add 3-4 gyoza. Turn to cook evenly for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Drizzle |
1 TBSP Coconut Aminos
Note: *Contains Soy* Liquid Aminos
2 TBSP Water
1 TSP Sesame oil
1 TSP Oyster Sauce
1 TSP Rice Vinegar
1 TSP Coconut Nectar (add 1/2 tsp more if necessary)
1/2 TSP Avocado Oil
1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Green onion (optional)
Corn Starch (1 TSP) + Water (1.5 TO 2.0 TBSP)
