INSTANT POT Breakfast :Urad Dal Pakora –
2 measuring cups batter
Ingredients
1. Urad dal – One cup
2. Channa Dal -1/2 cup
3. Brown Basmati rice -1 cup
4. Yogurt if you don’t want to ferment -2 to 3 tbsp
5. Soaked Channa dal -1/4 th cup
6. Chopped onions -1/2 cup , Green chillies -2 , Ginger -2 tbsp , Chopped Coriander
7. Oil -1 to 2 tbsp
8. Salt – accordingly

INSTANT POT DESSERT – Fruit Kheer
Ingredients
1. Vermicelli -1/4 th cup
2. Semolina-2 tbsp
3. Milk -3 glasses ( 24 ounces)
4. Mixed Nuts -1/2 cup
5. Raisins -1/4 th cup
6. Cardamom powder -6 cloves
7. Ghee -2 tbsp
8. Apple or Pear or Mango – 2
9. Sugar -6 tbsp

INSTANT POT LUNCH – ONE POT MEAL
SPINACH RICE WITH VEGETABLE RAITA
INGREDIENTS:
1. Basmati rice -1 cup
2. Channa dal or Masoor Dal or Red Lentils-1/2 cup
3. Spinach – 3 big handfuls
4. Tomatoes -2 Chopped
5. Green Beans , Carrots and peas -1/2 cup
4. Salt
5. Curry powder -3/4 th tbsp( Red chilli , Coriander and Cumin powder )
6.Oil -3 tbsp
7. Ghee -1 tbsp (Optional )
8. Whole spices – 1 tbsp Cumin seeds , 4 cloves , 3 cardamom, 2 Bay leaves , Small cinnamon stick .

INSTANT POT DINNER : Instant Vegetable Sambar . No need to add cooked Dal. No sauté . Add ingredients and close lid .
