HOW TO MAKE THE BEST BUÑUELOS (MEXICAN FRITTERS )

Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m going to share with you the most delicious and the best buñuelos!!! This is my grandmas recipe and I’m excited to share with you all, seriously this treat brings soooo many childhood memories not only to me but to my mom as well😭 my grandma might not be here but through her recipes she still lives!!! Our Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are not complete without a big stack of buñuelos served with a delicious champurrado! Like I mentioned this is my grandmas way and like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations throughout Mexico and Latin America! I hope you enjoy this recipe and give it a try! Ingredients:
7 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1 cup all vegetable shortening
3 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
1 egg at room temperature
1/2 liter (one bottle) Mexican Fanta soda
1 bottle of vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 serving of love 💕
