800 g Pork Neck
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
Juice of 2 Lemons
½ tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Dried Oregano

Press the garlic into a bowl, add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt pepper and oregano and mix well. Cut the pork neck into cubes, put them into the bowl and coat the me.at with the marinade from all sides.
Put into the fridge and marinate over night (the longer, the better). The next day, put the me.at cubes onto skewers (if you use wooden or bamboo skewer, let them soak in water for 1 hour) and preheat your grill for high direct heat.
Grill the Souvlaki for 90 seconds from each side and enjoy.
