* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 bunch Kale
— 8 Carrots*
— 1 Cucumber*
— 1 bunch Cilantro
*unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you.

— 2) Add ice, if desired

— 3) Enjoy!

— I encourage you to ENJOY YOUR LIFE! Take it easy, and don’t take everything so darn seriously!! 😀

— Brain Health = Fruit

— Now, in this day and age it would be difficult to eat 100% fruit, so first aim for around 50% fruit, 50% leafy green vegetables, and then you can lean in either direction depending on how your body feels, where you are at in your life, where you live, what the weather is like, and so on.

— That being said, if you don’t want to or are unable to eat/drink a 100% raw fruit and vegetable diet at this time, but still want to support healthy brain function, then just focus on eating more fruit! Plain and simple.

— This is not a channel just for raw foodists, not in the least. My basic premise is simple, and it is for everyone: Eat & drink more fruits and vegetables!

— So it doesn’t matter where you are at, or where you are going. We ALL need to include more fruits and vegetables as part of our daily diet, so you have indeed come to the right channel…! 😀

— I feel that the ‘raw food movement’ could use a lot more love, so that is what I hope I am bringing to the table! So many people have been turned off by raw food, just because of the extreme examples of it portrayed in the media, by complicated recipes, by complicated teachings and so on! It is a shame though as whoever said that being healthy had to be so darn complicated?? Just eat more fruits and vegetables! Just drink more fruits and vegetables!

— For the sake of your own sanity and for the sanity of others, try to always approach everything in a lighthearted, humorous way, and in a *humble* way! We are ‘just’ protoplasm, after all. 😀

— We literally have animal brains with frontal lobes and a cerebral cortex tacked on…making us very clever animals, uh-oh! Plus, we are ‘given’ all of this guilt in various forms from society, from our parents, from school, and so on, even though we ARE ‘animals’ underneath! So how about practicing forgiveness and understanding of oneself and of others, instead of judgments and blame?

— We have inherited all of this humanness, so we have to deal with it! We go nuts when we can’t fully accept the human condition. For example, we all have a sex drive, as that is a normal thing for an animal to have. As a spiritual exercise or ‘experiment,’ in the past I have practiced celibacy…and found that the energy that it gave me was phenomenal. And part of it was to get over the unconscious guilt I had surrounding sex.

— Try thinking of your brain like it being your heart or your lungs. You don’t have to tell your heart to beat or your lungs to breathe, they are just going to do so automatically. So for the brain, the thing that it does automatically without you having to think about it is…think! Pretty ironic, right? The brain is a thinker, that is just what it does.

— YOU are NOT doing the thinking, for otherwise you would be able to stop thinking if you wanted to. 😀

— Through meditation, you will see more that YOU are the *witness-observer* of what the world labels as ‘you.’

— So many things that we think are personal and so have guilt about, is not even US. It is just the human condition being played through us.

— What else can you do for your brain? Well, I personally don’t care to use any shampoos or sunscreens or anything like that on my skin, as whatever you put on your skin goes *everywhere* inside of your body, even into the brain cells…

— Instead, I use Dr. Bronner’s soap as shampoo and body wash, and raw organic coconut oil as conditioner and as a moisturizer.

*** OK, so here’s what it all comes down to!! ***

1) Eat Fruit!


2) Forgive your mind for all of its crazy thoughts!
