Join me in making the easiest and fastest thick vegan coconut greek style yogurt! All you need is a few ingredients and a blender!
2 cups of fresh young Thai coconut meat
1/2 cup water or coconut water
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Make sure to watch our video on how to open a young Thai coconut to harvest both the meat and water! 2 cups is roughly 2 coconuts.
2. Blend all ingredients up!
