Palak Gosht:
Ingredients:
1 lbs Beef.
3 lbs Palak.(Spinach)
1 Onion.
1 tbsp Minced Ginger-Garlic.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.

Recipe:
In a pot add water. Bring it to a boil. Add spinach. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Spinach (Palak) should be cooked. Mash it or you can blend it. Keep it aside.
In a pressure cooker add oil and onion. Fry until it’s light brown. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato. Cook for 2 minutes. Add beef. fry for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and red chili powder. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water. Pressure cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and let it cook until the oil separates. Add cooked spinach. Just cook until no moister left. Take 7-10 minutes.

Chicken Curry:
Ingredients:
1 wole Chicken.
1 Onion.
1 Tomato.
1 tbsp minced Ginger-Garlic.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
2 Green Chili pepper.

Recipe:
In japan heat some oil. Add onion. Fry until it’s translucent. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic. Cook for a minute. Add tomato puree. Cook puree for 2-3 minutes and add salt and red chili powder. Cook masala until oil separates. Add chicken. Fry until it changes color. Fry for 7-10 minutes. Add coriander powder and cumin seed powder. Mix well. Add chili pepper. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add fresh Cilantro.
