Chinese Style One Pot Mix-Veg Rice Meal –  How to make one pot rice meal- Rice Bowl

Healthy – Chinese One Pot Rice Meal

1 tsp crushed garlic -about 6 small flakes
½ tsp chopped ginger
3 tsp Soya Sauce
3 tsp green chilli sauce
2 tsp tomato catch up
1 cup green peas
Oil
Sliced Carrot, chopped capsicum, sliced onion, mushroom, corn,
Broccoli, tomato, spring onions
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Rice
 
Method
Cook rice In a heavy bottom cooking pot, stirring occasionally & cook till rice is 80% cooked
 
Curry Prep:
1: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté it for 30-40 secs on high flame.
2: Add onions and stir fry for 1 min on high flame
3: Now add all the remaining vegetable’s and stir fry on high flame for 2-3 min or till the moisture evaporates from the veggies
4: Add salt and pepper, mix well
5: Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato catch up, mix well
6: Add 2-3 cups of water ,depending upon the amount of liquid you want in the curry. Let it simmer for 5 mins 
7:To thicken the curry, mix 2 tsp of corn flour in 4 tsp of water and add this mixture to the curry and stir for 2-3 mins
8: Garnish with spring onion greens
9:Pour the curry over the cooked rice and cover the pot with lid and cook for 2 mins
10 Mix in green onions
