AIP Tacos (Autoimmune Paleo | Gluten & Dairy Free) – Cheap Easy AIP Paleo

If you are looking for a quick and easy and budget friendly AIP Tacos this video is for you.

One of the ways I made AIP easy for me was by renovating recipes I already loved. I love Tacos. Pork, Chicken, Beef it doesn’t matter. Classic corn tortilla shells filled with savory meat, cheese and crunchy vegetables. That is totally my jam. Unfortunately most tacos have seasonings that just don’t jive with the Elimination phase of AIP. Here is my reno for helping keep Taco Tuesday a staple in my home and yours too:) I hope you all like them!

Tacos (8 servings)
2 lbs ground Beef (or other ground meat)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic minced)
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp onion powder (or 1 Large onion minced)
2 tsp oregano
1 TBS tumeric
1/4 Cup nutritional yeast
1/4 Cup Chicken Stock (optional – enhances the flavour)
Coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
1/4 lime (optional)
Guacamole (optional)

1) Brown Meat (if using onion and garlic instead of powder, brown with meat).
2) Once Meat is cooked through – Add all seasonings mixing well.
3) Cook over medium heat for 3- 5 minutes to let the flavours meld.
4) Serve over salad or in Cassava Tortillas. Top with Coleslaw mix and guagamole.
