2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

– Sweet Potato Casserole With Brown Sugar Topping:
FOR THE SWEET POTATOES:
3 cups (1 29-ounce can) sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup organic cane sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 beaten eggs
Salt to taste

FOR THE TOPPING:
5 tablespoons melted butter
2/3 cup organic brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 cup pecan pieces

– Cheesy Corn Casserole:
15 ounces cream style sweet corn
15 ounces whole kernel sweet corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
1 (8.5 ounce) box corn muffin mix

– Buttermilk Biscuits:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), frozen
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup chilled buttermilk
Parchment paper
2 tablespoons butter, melted

– Sausage Stuffing:
1 lb. maple pork sausage
½ cup onion diced
½ cup celery diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbs minced fresh rosemary
1 tbs minced fresh sage leaves
1 tbs minced fresh parsley
1 12 ounce package herb seasoned stuffing
4 cups chicken broth

– Smashed Potatoes:
2 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter melted
1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

– Crispy Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts With Bacon And Balsamic Vinegar:
4 slices bacon
1 lb brussels sprouts (sliced in half)
3 tbsp olive oil (not extra virgin)
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
