#3. 2-5 minutes of COLD
#4. Control your blood sugar
-Consume 2 TSP of Ceylon Cinnamon every day
-1 shot of Apple Cider Vinegar every day
– A drop of Bittermelon Extract every day
WEIGHT LOSS RECIPES:
Detox Morning Tea:
-1 tsp Raw Honey
-1 cup Grapefruit Juice
-1 tsp ACV
-Blend together and ENJOY!
-Drink for 14 days then take a 7-day break, then repeat as needed!
Beta Breakthrough Juice:
-1/2 Head of Cabbage
