1. Fried Channa Dal (fried Gram) & Coconut Chutney Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4):

Freshly Grated Coconut- 1 Cup
Fried Channa Dal (fried Gram) – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 1-2 nos – Finely chopped
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves – 1 small cup
Mustard Seeds – 1 spoon
Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli – 3-4 nos
Salt – For taste

2. Onion-Tomato & Coconut Chutney
Ingredients (Serves 4)

Grated Coconut- 1 Cup
Onions (Chopped) – 2 nos
Medium sized Tomatoes (chopped) – 2nos
Channa Dal – 2 spoons
Urad Dal – 2 spoons
Green Chillies – 1-2 nos – Finely chopped
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves – 1 small cup
Salt – For taste

3. Onion & Coconut Chutney
Ingredients (Serves 4)

Grated Coconut- 1 Cup
Small Onions/Shallots – 100 grams (washed and peeled)
Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli – 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Salt – For taste
