In today’s video I am showing you 3 healthy dessert recipes that are great paleo recipes. They are perfect healthy desserts for fall. #healthydessert #keepupwithliv #paleorecipes

Pumpkin Cups (6 cups)
– 1/2 cup paleo chocolate
– 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/4 nut or seed butter
– 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Set in freezer 1 hour or overnight

Paleo Chocolate:
– 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cacao powder
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1 tsp maple syrup

Vanilla Spice Clusters
– 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
– 1/2 cup cashews
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
350F for 15 minutes

Pumpkin Blondies
– 1/4 cup coconut sugar
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 3/4 cup nut butter
– 1/4 cup coconut flour
– 1/4 cup almond flour
– 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp pumpkin spice
– 3 tbsp maple syrup
Bake 350F for 25 minutes.
