10 Minutes LESS – DIY Pickles Recipe – Homemade Quick Easy Refrigerator Dill Kosher Pickle

This is an EASY + QUICK DIY Refrigerator Pickles – YES, less than 10 minutes to make a big batch of quick homemade garden fresh Dill Kosher Pickle. Very easy and only a few steps to make quick refrigerator pickles. In as little as 3 days, you will have the best pickles that is homemade and best of all. Reuse the ” brine ” that is already done from the store bought. If you want, you don’t have to buy anything…. Just follow the simple recipe I have below and you can make it from scratch as well. It’s so simple to do and once you do it, you will NEVER buy from a store again. Well unless you want the same taste or specific taste!

Please note: On your 2nd batch, you may want to add little bit extra Salt or Vinegar or even your favorite Spices. Since the new Cucumber will soak-up the Salt/Vinegar.

Here is the EASY recipe from my Gram below:

Please remember, you can Change, Add, Reduce, Increase the seasonings to your Taste and what you like… There’s NO LIMITS!

1 – Cucumber (Cut and fit all in your Jar)
***** This is a 2 Pound Batch
2 – 1 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar (Unfiltered)
3 – 1 1/2 cups Water
4 – 2 tablespoons Pink Himalayan Salt or Pickling Salt
5 – Garlic Cloves (As much as you like)
6 – Fresh Dill (As much as you like)
7 – 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper (Or as much as you like)
8 – 1 teaspoon Dill Seed (Or as much as you like)
9 – 1/2 teaspoon Black Peppercorns (Or as much as you like)
10 – Plus what-ever you like, like Mustard Powder, Sugar, Butter, Etc….

Easy Instructions….

#1 – Wash and Cut your Cucumber and Fill the Jar.
#2 – Dump everything (Seasonings) into a large pot and bring to boil. Some People put seasoning in the Jar, that would be up to you. My Gram said it’s better to bring all the Flavors out during boiling.
#3 – Once you fill all your jars with brine… Close your lid and wait until it cools. If it’s hot enough and you have the Pop-Up Lids… It will closed on its own.
#4 – Once the jar cool, put it in the fridge for 3 – 5 days, after that enjoy!
