Secret Restaurant Recipes – Kid Approved Cooking Tips
My children love to eat at restaurants, however many secret restaurant recipes are too complex for their tiny taste buds. I am going to share some of my favorite kid approved cooking tips and recipes with you, so you can once again have fun in the kitchen with your kids.
This is an easy apple pie recipe (your kids will love it)! Use one miniature graham cracker crust for each child. Add one large spoonful of apple pie filling for each individual crust; next sprinkle cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of instant oatmeal on top of the pie filling. Squirt with canned whipped cream as a final treat.
Try this fun slurpie recipe on New Years day or any day for a fun, bubbly, frosty drink. Measure 1 teaspoon of frozen pink lemonade concentrate into an 8 ounce plastic cup. Add one scoop of softened rainbow sherbet. Add some ginger ale and stir. Add 3 frozen strawberries. Add rainbow sprinkles and stir.
The veggie snowman is a fun, healthy snack that will help to get your kids excited about the winter snowfall. Place a large and small round cracker on a plate. Spread softened cream cheese on each cracker. Decorate the large cracker with diced fresh vegetables. Make a face on the small cracker. Build a snowman!
Remember, kids mostly want to have fun in the kitchen, so keep it simple. Use small bowls for ingredients and use the kitchen table or a card table instead of high kitchen counters, so the little kids can see everything. Now you are ready to start cooking at home with your children using their own secret restaurant recipes.
You can now access hundreds of secret restaurant recipes and many more kid approved recipes (such as kids Baked Ziti, Fish Fingers and Chicken Drumsticks). Cook all your favorite restaurant recipes in the comfort of your own kitchen (as seen on TV)!
